No, this is not how diagnosis or Ruqyah is done. I recommend that you make the intention and recite on your self of what you know from the Quran , In case you cannot, ask someone who has the knowledge of  Ruqyah to recite on you.

Ruqyah has 2 components, Recitation & Blowing. Ruqyah is recited ( Quran & Dua ) in physical presence of the person & nafq ( blowing ) over the person receiving the ruqyah.
